The Partnership for Public Service: At the Partnership for Public Service, we believe that our future and our democracy depend on our ability to solve big problems—and that we need an effective federal government to do so. Fedsmill by Frank Ferris: Is designed for union representatives and the employees they represent. It will present tips on how to enforce and expand their rights, highlight new developments in law and practice, and challenge some of the accepted wisdom, legal and otherwise, about how unions, federal employees, and management should interact. The driving force behind FEDSMILL is the observation that representing employees is a far more complicated job today than it was 50 years ago when American unions were at their peak. Back then, the contract was the source of virtually all rights and they were enforced by grievances, slowdowns, picket lines and strikes. Now, thanks primarily to wave-after-wave of union supported legislation, there are laws, regulations, precedents, and processes that provide rights never addressed in a negotiated contract. The more the union representatives know about these the more powerful they and their union is.  https://fedsmill.com/

Linkedin: The Depot: We are dedicated to supporting former federal employees and those navigating the results of unexpected job changes. The Depot exists to promote mental health, assist with financial stability, and help with next steps in your career – all aimed at helping you succeed in the next chapter of your journey. We started The Depot to support Federal employees and contractors whose roles were eliminated or who were fired during the recent downsizing. We are two career civil servants with a combined experience of more than 40 years in public service. We were both unexpectedly fired in early 2025. It came as a shock given our long-standing commitment to public service. We knew we had to do something to help others who found themselves where we were – confused, sad, angry, and a bit lost.  https://checkthedepot.com/
