Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Writing Assistant to support our content team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about writing, eager to learn, and excited about contributing to meaningful work that helps others succeed in their careers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in researching and drafting blog posts, social media content, and newsletters

  • Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency

  • Help repurpose existing content into different formats (e.g., blog to Instagram post)

  • Source quotes, statistics, and industry insights to support content pieces

  • Stay informed about job market trends and career advice topics

  • Organize and maintain content calendars and topic lists

Requirements

  • Strong writing and grammar skills

  • Interest in career development, education, or job search strategies

  • Ability to follow brand voice and editorial guidelines

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and social media platforms

  • Open to feedback and willing to grow your writing skills

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience writing blog posts, articles, or social media captions

  • Knowledge of SEO basics

  • Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Canva, or Grammarly
