About the Role:
We’re seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Executive to help manage and grow our online sales channels. In this role, you’ll handle everything from product listings and promotions to performance tracking and customer experience — helping to maximize sales and enhance our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales strategies
- Monitor website performance and customer behavior using analytics tools
- Work with marketing and design teams to enhance product visibility
- Process online orders and coordinate with logistics and customer support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Experience in managing online stores (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Understanding of e-commerce marketing, SEO, and customer journey
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of digital ads or email marketing
- Experience in product photography or visual merchandising
- Understanding of payment gateways and logistics integrations
